Special solution for limited space
Whenever possible, our water control gates are installed with enough space above the gate for the actuator. However, if the sluice gate is mounted flat against a wall that extends further upwards, the actuator and spindle may need to be moved forward. This was the case with these two sluice gates for a Swiss wastewater treatment plant. To ensure that the valve does not lose any stability, we weld on additional vertical reinforcement. For ease of transport, the spindle is only installed at the installation site by the Sistag assembly team.
