Elimination of Micropollutants
It is the largest project that the Baden-Baden public utility has ever realized: The Baden-Baden•Sinzheim municipal wastewater treatment plant in Southern Germany is extended by a fourth cleaning stage. The new cleaning process will reduce micro pollutants in the water by 80%. The project was to be carried out as ecologically as possible and with low CO2 emissions.
The Sistag facility in neighboring Switzerland, where all Wey knife gate valves are manufactured from the ground up, ensured short transport routes and high ecological standards.
